At the conclusion of training, you’ll participate in a one-on-one handover session to ensure you have the knowledge and skills to maintain their progress at home. A follow-up session is also included to fine-tune and reinforce long-term success.

Meals & Nutrition

Living Arrangements
Environment:
Dogs stay in a family setting with 24-hour supervision and care.
Facilities:
Dogs are housed in individual, fully enclosed outdoor runs with private kennels, raised bedding, shelter, and water. This setup ensures essential rest and sleep, which are vital for effective learning and overall well-being. It is designed to support your dog’s development and comfort during their Board & Train program.
Sleeping Arrangements:
- Indoor: All dogs sleep indoors in their own crate, providing security and comfort with proper bedding.
- Outdoor: Upon request, your dog can sleep in our fully enclosed outdoor runs, equipped with private kennels, raised bedding, shelter, and water.
Between Training Sessions:
Rest is a priority, with essential recovery time spent in fully enclosed outdoor runs to ensure your dog’s comfort and well-being.
On Call Veterinary Care
We are fortunate to have the privilege of an on call veterinarian, ensuring your dog receives immediate and professional medical attention if needed. This partnership provides peace of mind, knowing that expert care is readily available at any time. Your dog’s health and safety are our top priority, and having a trusted vet on standby allows us to handle any unexpected situations with promptness and professionalism. This added level of care is just one of the many ways we go above and beyond to ensure your dog’s well-being during their stay with us.
Pick Up Service
We offer a pick up service with the following fees applicable:
– Within 15km of 3140: $50.00
– 15km to 30km of 3140: $100.00
– 30km to 50km of 3140: $150.00
– Over 50km from 3140: Price quoted based on distance
– Interstate: Price quoted based on distance
Note: We offer pick-up services for our Board & Train programs; however, handovers are completed at our facility.

This program is designed specifically for new Puppy owners who want to ensure their Puppy has the best possible start in life. The early stages of development are critical for shaping your Puppy’s confidence, behaviour, and emotional well-being.
This program focuses on creating a strong foundation from the beginning.
Exposure to New Environments: From parks to busy streets, we gradually introduce your puppy to a variety of safe environments. This helps build confidence and reduces the likelihood of fear or anxiety in new situations as they grow.

Whatever takes you away from home, we will provide your dog with a great stay at our facility.
Your dog will enjoy a minimum of twice daily outdoor exercises and 24 hour supervision as we have the privilege of running this program from a home environment.
We offer the flexibility to accommodate your preferences, whether you prefer your dog to sleep indoors in a family environment or you envision an outdoor living arrangement which includes your dog having their own private sheltered area that is designed to keep them warm and dry in winter as well as cool and relaxed in the summer time. We provide your dog with their own raised bed and bedding.
Food is included in this package, however we will happily cater to your dogs dietary requirements.
There is no need for an Initial Consultation for our Board & Care services. Instead, we assess your dog upon drop off and establish the final pricing.
It’s important to mention that dogs displaying human aggression or showing aggression when collars are placed on or removed will be subject to a higher daily rate of $150.00.

We believe our system can achieve ‘Stimulus Control’, in other words, can the dog consistently perform requested actions even in distracting environments, demonstrating deliberate, driven, and positive enthusiasm.
Our training system is consequential. There are consequences for every behaviour.
Positive learning is fundamental as it creates power and motivation but is unreliable until we teach negative learning, as that creates reliability, therefore we believe it is a mixture of both positive and negative learning that will create powerful and reliable behaviours.
